MX Logic Nets $9 Million In Debt From ORIX

NEW YORK, NY -- ORIX Venture Finance announced that it has provided MX Logic with a $9 million financing facility, providing both working capital and a term loan.

MX Logic provides managed email and web security services to small and medium enterprises.  It markets its technologies through its PartnerFocus channel sales program.

The company intends to use the facility for working capital needs and potential future acquisitions.  MX Logic was founded in 2002.
