Gather And Harvard Launch Health Community Sites

BOSTON, MA -- Gather.com, Harvard Health Publications and LifeMasters Supported SelfCare announced the launch of the "Living With..." series of 35 online health condition-specific communities.

Each community is intended to provide members with access to content and interaction with physicians from Harvard Medical School.  In addition, people with chronic conditions will have an online forum to communicate with others who share their condition or who have family members or friends who do.  LifeMasters is a disease management firm that has expertise in assisting individuals with chronic disease management.
