Coversant Launches Free Instant Messaging Software

SACRAMENTO, CA --  Software maker Coversant announced the beta launch of its SoapBox Communicator instant messaging software.

The downloadable Windows application allows users the ability to chat, share rich media and collaborate with others for free.

Additional features include the ability to create persistent chat rooms which can be secure and configured by the owner, and a share pane that enables easy sharing of all types of rich media.
