NCTC Launches Counterterrorism Calendar Site

WASHINGTON, DC -- The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) announced the launch of a new online interactive version of its counterterrorism calendar.

The calendar provides access to information on known terrorist groups, individual terrorists and technical information on topics like biological and chemical threats.

Users can learn about key historical dates, national and religious holidays and their equivalent Islamic date.

The calendar is available at http://www.nctc.gov.
