Mainstream Data Acquires Newscom For Undisclosed Sum

SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- Content delivery company Mainstream Data, Inc. announced the acquisition of Newscom.com from its two partner/owners, Trbune Media Services and The McClatchy Company.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Newscom is a provider of content to the publishing community, offering access to over 19 million photos, graphics, illustrations, stories and features.  Mainstream Data is a content delivery solutions provider to publishing concerns worldwide.
