CorMine And Perfect Commerce Announce Merger

HAMPTON, VA & KANSAS CITY, MO -- Procurement outsourcing firm CorMine announced its pending merger with Perfect Commerce.

Perfect Commerce, which owns the Commerce one and Purchase Pro brands, will be the name of the combined entity, which will also be headquartered in the firm's Hampton, VA office. 

The two companies have worked together in the past, and believe that the combination of Perfect Commerce's products with CorMine's service capabilities will be a compelling offering to potential customers.
