RH Donnelley Acquires Business For $345 Million

CARY, NC -- Yellow pages company RH Donnelley (NYSE: RHD) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Business.com, Inc. for $345 million in an all cash transaction.

Business.com is a business-focused online search portal and directory that also has a pay-per-click advertising platform.  The company was founded in 1999 by Jake Winebaum.

RH Donnelley publishes and prints print and online directories throughout the United States.  Winebaum will become president of Donnelley's Interactive Group and will report directly to company CEO David Swanson.
