NewScale Secures $11 Million Venture Funding

FOSTER CITY, CA -- Software maker NewScale, Inc. announced that it has raised $11 million in new financing from a syndicate of venture capital firms.

NewScale develops software that enables IT organizations to catalog their portfolio of services, manage service delivery and optimize service quality.

Existing investors were joined by Wasatch Capital, and included Chess Ventures, Crosslink Capital, Menlo Ventures, Montagu Newhall Associates, Inc., New Enterprise Associates and Parker Price.
