Perimeter eSecurity Clears $50 Million Round

MILFORD, CT -- Online security company Perimeter eSecurity announced the receipt of $50 million in venture funding.

Customers of the company can plug into its pre-integrated security platform to access 50+ managed security services on demand.  Among the services offered are intrusion defense, network defense and email defense.

The investor was Goldman Sachs, who joined existing investors Total Technology Ventures and the ASTRI Group.  The company intends to use the proceeds for expanding its client base.
