StreamBase Nets $15 Million Series C Financing

BOSTON, MA -- Software maker StreamBase announced that it has closed a third round of venture financing, receiving $15 million to fuel its expansion.

StreamBase has developed a "Complex Event Processing" server, which allows enterprises to query, process and analyze real-time and stored data at high speed.

Existing investor Highland Capital Partners led the round, which included Accel Partners London, Bessemer Venture Partners and In-Q-Tel.
