JasperSoft Closes $12 Million Series D Funding Round

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- Software company JasperSoft said that it has closed its series D financing efforts, bringing in $12 million in new expansion investment.

JasperSoft provides business intelligence software to enterprises that allows them to sift through mountains of data about their business processes.  The company recently released version 2.0 of its open source suite, which included numerous enhancements.

Investors in the round were led by Scale Venture Partners and included SAP Ventures, DCM, Morgenthaler Ventures and Partech International.
