Celsense Gets More Seed Funding For Product

PITTSBURGH, PA -- Biotechnology company Celsense has received $100,000 in seed funding for further development of its cell imaging technology.

Celsense is working on products that enable real-time in vivo imaging of transplanted cells for therapeutic and diagnostic purposes, all while using conventional MRI equipment.

Pittsburgh Life Sciences Greenhouse invested the funds as part of several companies receiving investments.  The company has already secured in excess of $1.3 million in venture equity investment.
