School Districts Select TeleParent System

FULLERTON, CA -- Ten school districts have chosen the TeleParent automated parental notification system for roll-out by the beginning of the school year, according to a company statement.

TeleParent is a communication system that has over 700 pre-recorded messages in 22 languages.  Teachers can then send out a message blast to all student parents or to individual parents, and the messages are automatically communicated into the parent's preferred language.

Parent's can receive the information via telephone or by the Internet.  The company claims its system is currently in use by over 600 school districts nationwide.
