GSI Commerce Acquires Accretive For All Cash

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA -- Ecommerce company GSI Commerce (Nasdaq: GSIC) announced that it has agreed to acquire Accretive Commerce for $97.5 million in cash.

Accretive Commerce provides modular and end to end eCommerce applications and services to marketing companies that serve the retail and manufacturing markets.

GSI Commerce also provides eCommerce solutions to some of the same types of customers as Accretive.  The company said the acquisition will expand its customer base and add to its product infrastructure.
