CYA Technologies Clears $3 Million Second Funding

SHELTON, CT -- Data recovery company CYA Technologies, Inc. said that it has closed a second round of venture capital financing, receiving $3 million in new investment.

CYA provides recovery and replication software solutions for enterprise content management systems.  The company's products can identify and restore complete documents and audit trails within systems that have lost data.

Investors in the round were led by H.I.G. Ventures and also included Connecticut Innovations.  CYA will use the proceeds for sales and marketing expansion.
