EndoGastric Solutions Collects $30 Million Series D

REDMOND, WA -- Medical device company Endogastric Solutions announced the closing of its fourth round of venture capital, raising $30 million.

EndoGastric is developing devices that improve endoluminal reconstructive gastric procedures.  It's products are aimed at alleviating problems from upper gastrointestinal conditions such as GERD and  some forms of obesity.

Investors were De Novo Ventures who led the round, and included Chicago Growth Partners, MPM Capital, Advanced Technology Ventures, Foundation Medical Partners and Oakwood Medical Investors.
