JERUSALEM, ISRAEL -- Tech transfer organization Hadasit Ltd. has announced plans to develop a medical device accelerator program.
Hadasit is a subsidiary of the Hadassah Medical Organization and is responsible for commercializing the organization's intellectual property and R&D program. To date, those efforts have focused on biotechnology and pharmaceutical products.
The group intends to develop 20 medical device companies and fund them with up to $1 million each in two tranches of $500,000, depending on their progress and promise.
