BiTMICRO Networks Nets Sixth Financing Round

FREMONT, CA -- Storage company BiTMICRO Networks, Inc. said that it has closed a series F financing round, receiving $9.3 million in new investment.

BiTMICRO provides high-performance, solid state disks, flash-based solid-state disks and storage management technologies.  The company's flagship product is the E-Disk solid state flash drive.

Woodside Investments LP invested in the round.  The company said it would use the proceeds to further ramp production, sales and marketing operations and support the company's R&D initiatives to create a new generation of solid state technologies.
