Teneros Secures $15 Million Fourth Funding Round

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- IT company Teneros, Inc. has received $15 million in series D funding, according to a report in PE Week Wire.

Teneros sells what it says are "zero-downtime, non-intrusive, Application Continuity Appliances" that assure corporate users continued operation of mission-critical applications.

Returning investors Goldman Sachs, New Enterprise Associates, Star Ventures and Sevin Rosen Funds participated in the funding.  Proceeds purposes were not disclosed.
