ArrayComm Secures Venture Capital Funding Round

SAN JOSE, CA -- Wireless software company ArrayComm said that it has raised $30 million in new venture capital financing.

ArrayComm makes software that improves network economics for wireless companies by gains in coverage, client data rates and capacity for various wireless communications protocols.

Merrill Lynch and Ygomi invested in the round.  They have an option for another $10 million each.  Proceeds purposes from the funding were not disclosed.
