PowerID Ltd. has raised another round of venture capital financial, receiving $12
million from venture and strategic investors.
PowerID designs battery-assisted, passive (BAP) RFID
products and labeling for the third party logistics industry, as well as
newspaper and media publishing, aerospace and defense industries.
Investors included Partech International, Amadeus Capital, Apax Partners, Clal Industries Ltd and Infinity Venture Capital Fund. Proceeds will go towards expanding the company's product line into EPC-compliant products.
