ArcMail Receives $3 Million Expansion Financing

SHREVEPORT, LA -- Software company ArcMail Technology, Inc. announced that it has raised $3 million in new venture capital financing.

ArcMail provides email archiving software to enterprises that allows them to reduce the processing load on their internal computing resources.  The company markets its products to the SMB market.

Advantage Capital Partners, the Louisiana Technology Fund and others invested in the round.  The company said it would use the proceeds to fund its marketing expansion initiatives.
