Cardo Systems Launches Motorcycle Bluetooth System

PITTSBURGH, PA -- Bluetooth manufacturer Cardo Systems, Inc. announced the launch and commercial availability of its motorcycle helmet mounted Bluetooth communications system.

Called the scala-rider Q2, the system allows bikers to communicate with each other up to 1,600 ft away.  It also connects to several audio sources in parallel including voice instructions from a GPS, mobile phone conversations with third parties, and FM radio transmissions.

The Q2 is backward compatible with the company's entire line of scala-rider models and has a suggested retail price of $219.99.
