Centric Software Closes $14 Million Series B Financing

SAN JOSE, CA -- Software company Centric Software, Inc. announced that it has closed its second round of venture capital financing in the amount of $14.3 million.

Centric provides Product Lifecycle Management software applications to enterprises.  The company's technology allows executives to collect all the relevant information about a product or capital program initiative.

Oak Investment Partners led the round, which included Masthead Venture Partners and others.  The company said it would use the funding proceeds to continue product development and expand its sales and marketing efforts.
