Adaptive Planning Nets $10 Million New Funding

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- Software company Adaptive Planning, Inc. announced that it has raised $10 million in new venture capital investment from a syndicate of firms.

Adaptive Planning provides on-demand budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytics software applications.  Their products make it easier and more affordable for small and medium sized businesses to move beyond spreadsheets for their company planning needs.

RBC Venture Partners led the round, which included previous investors Cardinal Venture Capital, Monitor Ventures and ONSET Ventures.

The company said it would use the proceeds to fund further product development and expand its sales and marketing efforts.
