WSO2 Launches SOA Mashup Server Application

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- Open source software company WSO2 has announced the launch and commercial availability of its Web 2.0 server software.

Called Mashup Server 1.0, the application enables programmers to more quickly create service-oriented architecture (SOA)-based software by utilizing various web or other software in the form of "mashups", or combinations of applications.

The server is available as a stand-alone product or as a Web-based product in beta test and is free as a download.  Service and support may be charged.
