SaaS Company Astadia Receives Expansion Funding

DALLAS, TX -- Software-as-a-Service consulting company Astadia, Inc. announced that it has received an undisclosed amount of venture capital funding.

Astadia is a consulting and technology integration firm that helps software and IT businesses migrate to a Software-as-a-Service model.  The company is active within the Salesforce.com developer community.

Kodiak Venture Partners invested in the round.  The company said it would use the funding proceeds to invest in domestic and international expansion as well as potential acquisitions.
