Expand Networks Launches Datacenter WAN Devices

Roseland, New Jersey  --  Wide area network application company Expand Networks announced the launch of two WAN optimization devices for the datacenter.

The Expand 7930 and 7940 accelerators feature 512 GB and one TB storage respectively. The accelerators are HP-based appliances and are designed to provide additional hard drive redundancy and storage capacity.

“The 7900 Series Accelerators have been developed to provide the performance guarantees and redundant capabilities needed of WAN Optimization devices to address the demands of increasingly complex datacenter environments,” said Adam Davison, Corporate VP Sales and Marketing, Expand Networks.
