MIVA Garners AccuWeather Widget Agreement

New York, New York  --  Digital media company MIVA Direct announced that it has concluded a new sponsored widget agreement with AccuWeather.com.

According to the agreement, AccuWeather.com will become the exclusive provider of weather related content for the company's weather widgets.

 “I believe this new agreement is a good illustration of our strategy for developing and monetizing the ALOT toolbar and homepage brand,” commented Peter Corrao, MIVA’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “We have worked with a website that is a leader in its vertical to develop a free to install, interactive widget that we believe will enhance user experience and generate a new revenue stream for ALOT.”
