ManageSoft Signs On To $2 Million Venture Debt

Boston, Massachusetts -- Software company ManageSoft Corporation announced that it has received a $2 million venture debt credit line.

ManageSoft assists enterprises and government entities to automatically deploy, update and manage software and security patches, while reducing the associated costs.

BlueCrest Capital Finance made the venture debt investment. The company did not disclose how it would use the funding proceeds.
