Helium Rises With $17 Million Venture Capital Round

Andover, Massachusetts -- Internet company Helium said that it has raised $17 million in its first round of venture capital financing.

Helium has created an online destination site that allows users to rate online content and view the highest rated articles.

Signature Capital led the round, which also included Northport Private Equity. The company said it would expand its services as a result of the funding.
