BTI Photonic Clears $15 Million Series D

Ottawa, Canada  --  Telecom networking company BTI Photonic Systems has secured $15 million in its fourth round of institutional venture capital financing.

BTI has developed what it calls "the industry's first metro edge optical systems designed to utilize photonic layer architecture."

Investors in the round were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the fourth funding proceeds.
