Hayward, California -- Pharmaceutical company Arete Therapeutics said that it has raised the final $16.7 million tranche of its series A financing round.
Arete is developing small molecule drugs directed at targets for cardiovascular diseases and inflammation.
Investors in the round included Frazier Healthcare Ventures, Alta Partners, Burrill & Co., Three Arch Partners and Altitude Capital Partners. The company did not disclose how it would use the funding proceeds. |
