Finjan Software Finds Series E Venture Funding

San Jose, California  --  Software company Finjan Software announced that it has secured $22 million in its fifth round of venture capital investment.

Finjan provides a suite of web security solutions to the enterprise market worldwide via its Web Gateway Appliances.

HarbourVest Partners led the round, which included Benhamou Global Ventures, Benchmark Capital, Israel Seed Partners and Cisco Systems. The company said it would use the funding proceeds to accelerate its sales and marketing growth.
