Palo Alto Networks Adds On $10 Million

Alviso, California -- Network security company Palo Alto Networks announced that it has raised an additional $10 million in new venture capital financing.

Palo Alto Networks has developed technology that enables enterprise IT departments to increase their visibility into and control over applications running on their networks.

Jafco Ventures America led the round, which also included Northgate Capital. The company said that the new funding will help it to increase its presence in the market and achieve profitability.
