GetBack Media Lands $17 Million In Venture Capital

Los Angeles, California  -- Internet company GetBack Media said that it has raised $17 million in its first round of institutional venture capital financing.

The company operates a website, GetBack.com, that provides visitors a pop-culture destination for music, games, movies and events.

Beringea led the round, which included other undisclosed investors. The company did not disclose how it would use the funding proceeds.
