Prosetta Raises $5 Million Venture Capital Funding

San Francisco, California  -- Pharmaceutical company Prosetta Corp. has secured $5 million in its series B round of venture capital financing, according to a report in VentureWire.

Prosetta is developing and commercializing what it calls "basic discoveries in cell biology."

Investors in the round were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds purposes.
