Nayatek Nets First Venture Capital Funding

Newark, Delaware  --  Software company Nayatek announced that it has raised an undisclosed amount in its series A venture capital financing round.

Nayatek provides enterprise compliance and security software primarily for messaging and electronic document resources.

The round was led by Originate Ventures.  The company said it would use the funding to "accelerate global sales efforts and further value added product development investments."
