Columbia, Maryland -- Wireless company Paratek Microwave has garnered $20 million in its series E round of venture capital funding.
Paratek has developed tunable RF and microwave dielectric materials that integrate with miniaturized 3-D circuits.
Investors in the round included Polaris Venture Partners, Novak Biddle Venture Partners, Morgenthaler Ventures, ABS Ventures and others.
