Footnote Launches Interactive World War II Collection

Washington, DC --  Footnote.com and the National Archives and Records Administration announced the release of an interactive World War II collection available on the Internet.

The collection includes an interactive version of the USS Arizona Memorial, World War II photos, World War II aerial pages and documents previously unavailable.

"We can't afford to forget this period in our history," says James Hastings, director of access programs at the national archives.  "Our ongoing partnership with Footnote.com health insurers of the stories contained in these photos and documents are accessible to everyone."
