PureWave Pulls In $12 Million Series B

Mountain View, California  --  Networking company PureWave Networks  announced that it has raised $12 million in a second round of institutional venture capital financing.

PureWave provides cost competitive, advanced WiMAX, wireless solutions to telecommunications providers.

Investors in the round included ATA Ventures, Leapfrog Ventures, Allegis Capital and Benhamou Global Ventures.
