Agami Systems Secures $45 Million Expansion Funding

SUNNYVALE, CA -- IT company Agami Systems, Inc. said that it has raised $45 million in its third round of venture capital financing.

Agami provides enterprises with unified network storage solutions for small to large sized businesses.  The company's systems support up to 36 raw terabytes of backup capacity.

Investors in the round were led by Advanced Equities Financial Corporation, and included New Enterprise Associates, Apex Venture Partners, Alta Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, DAG Ventures and Itochu Corporation.
