GeoLearning Nets $31 Million Series A Funding

DES MOINES, IA -- Online company GeoLearning has raised a $31 million series A round of venture capital financing, according to a report in PE Hub.

GeoLearning provides web-based education systems - what it refers to as Managed Learning Services.  The company aims its offerings at corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations.

Fidelity Ventures invested in the round.  The company did not disclosed how it would use the funding proceeds.
