Panther Express Snags $16 Million Series B

NEW YORK, NY -- Online ad network company Panther Express Corp. announced that it has secured $15.75 million in its second round of venture capital financing.

Panther operates what it claims is a "high performance content delivery network with an innovative low cost infrastructure."

Index Ventures led the round, which also included Gold Hill Capital and Greylock Partners.  The company said it would use the funding to expand internationally and support its rising infrastructure needs.
