ZillionTV Raises Series A Funding Of $4 Million

SANTA CLARA, CA -- Set-top box company ZillionTV has secured its first round of venture capital funding, receiving $4 million according to regulatory filings.

ZillionTV, while still in stealth mode, is known to be developing a set top television box and related system for delivering the Internet of television.

Sierra Ventures and Concept Ventures invested in the round.  The company did not disclose the funding proceeds purposes.
