Kotura Collects Series C Funding Of $10 Million

MONTEREY PARK, CA -- Silicon components company Kotura, Inc. said that it has closed its third round of venture capital financing, raising $10 million.

Kotura designs and sells CMOS optical components that enable optics to migrate throughout the communications industry by expanding their use.

Investors included ARCH Venture Partners, ComVentures, GF Private Equity and Walden International.  Funding proceeds purposes were not disclosed.
