Vontoo Nets Series A Funding Of $2 Million

INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- Voice messaging company Vontoo, Inc. has secured $2 million in series A funding, according to a report in VentureWire.

Vontoo has developed a permission-based voice messaging system that allows enterprises to create, send and track voice messages focused on the recipient's interests.

EDF Ventures is an investor in the company, with managing director Mary Campbell listed as Vontoo's chairwoman.  Proceeds purposes from the funding were not disclosed.
