Austin Ventures Promotes Two To Partner

AUSTIN, TX -- Venture capital firm Austin Ventures announced the promotion of two individuals to partner status, Thomas Ball and David Lack.

Mr. Ball joined the firm in June 2005 and will focus his investment on early-stage information technology companies in the Internet, software and technology-enabled business and consumer services sectors.

Mr. Lack joined the firm in September 2002 and will focus his efforts on the business services markets of supply chain and logistics, information services, subscription-based media and general business process outsourcing companies.
