BoldChat Upgrades Live Website Chat Software

Called BoldChat 5.0, the new system includes a full-featured enterprise version that integrates live chat, email and click-to-call with co-browsing into a single interface.

Bravestorm aims its products at the small and medium business (SMB) markets.  The entire suite is offered at $99 per month and the company guarantees 99.95% uptime.
