RingCentral Gets New Investor And More Funding

SAN MATEO, CA -- Telecommunications company RingCentral, Inc. announced that it has closed a series B financing led by new investor DAG Ventures.

RingCentral provides an Internet-based telephone system that targets small businesses.  Their system integrates VoIP, PSTN, cellular, email, voicemail, fax, SMS and the Internet.

In addition to DAG, existing investors Sequoia Capital and Khosla Ventures participated in the funding.  The company will use the funding to enhance its offerings and expand distribution and sales.
